This tutorial was made for psp users with basic knowledge.

To make Lace Frame you will need the psp provided in this zip

Open a new image 500x500 transparent. Open the laceribboncorner.psp provided in the zip above. Go to edit and select copy. Go to the 500x500 image and click on it. Then go to edit & select paste. Go to your layers palette and right click on layer 2. Select duplicate.

Go to image and select mirror. Using the mover tool and move one of your lace layers to the other lace layer so they are slightly touching.

Go to layers and select merge visible.

Go to edit & select copy. Then select edit, paste as a new layer.

Now go to images and select flip. Using your mover tool position your new layer to complete our rectangle base.

Go to layers and select merge visible.

On the color palette select black for the second color. You need a shade of off-white for the first color. I'm using #FFFFF1.

Create a new layer.

Go to your selections tool and set it for rounded rectangle.

Draw your rectangle around the outside of the lace.

On your new layer paint around your lace inside of the marching ants.

On your layer palette you want to click on layer one and drag it under your merged layer.

With layer 1 being your active layer, select the magic wand and click in the space outside of your off-white paint. Go to selections and select invert. This puts the "marching ants" around the outside of the off-white layer. Go to your layers palette and create a new layer. Using your selection tool still set at rounded rectangle draw one around your other layers. Paint inside the "marching ants" using your black color.

Once your black outline is complete go to image effect and select inner bevel. Use the setting in the picture.

Move Layer 3 under the other layers.

Now go to file & save as a psp file. Congratulations!! You've made you own frame.

This frame also makes a great mask.
